Taking that first step, starting therapy, is tough. Most everyone goes through hard times at some point and having someone there to walk with you during those times is important. As your counselor, I will be on that journey with you; together, no problem is too big to walk through.


Although I cannot make it easy, I can sit with you, so you are not doing this alone. I am passionate about helping adolescents (12 years and older) and adults work through their hard things. I bring with me a personal philosophy of self-reliance, resiliency and a strengths-based perspective into my practice. Mindfulness and self-care are core beliefs that I hold in my practice. Taking care of the mind, body and spirit together are important.


In conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I utilize tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as other therapy modalities to provide an individualized treatment plan that works best for you.
